This includes notebooks, desktops, virtual clients (AVC/VDI), desktop file service, printers, service desk and field service.

The Financial Controller Support role has the end-to-end responsibility for the workplace services AVC and Office & Network Printing. The aim is to offer and provide all workplace services in a high quality and to continuously increase the quality standard.
Responsibility for the Workplace Services AVC and Office & Network Printing
Budget planning, forecast and monthly P & L Reporting
Price calculations for AVC and Office & Network printing services
Volume reporting and provider management
Responsible for cost optimization of services
Process optimization and implementation
Revenue controlling as well as monthly customer billing
The Financial Controller Support has a detailed specialist knowledge as well as technical understanding.

Completed university studies or equivalent
Fluent business English spoken and written (category B2 - C1)
Advanced office profession (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Practical experience in service management and in requirements management
2 or more years of practical experience in IT controlling
High flexibility, quick perception, team skills, reliability, resilience and organizational talent
Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems independently
