Responsibilities:

Collect and evaluate data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, overhead and labor;

Provide activity-based costing metrics and allocations for materials, manufacturing and overhead costs by product category and flow;

Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost;

Coordinate with Product Development and Engineering departments on the creation of Bills of Material and Bills of Labor;

Proactively analyze manufacturing costs (material, operations costs, yield and fixed costs) and advocate changes;

Prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs and variance reporting;

Provide cost and margin analysis in support of commercial pricing;

Maintain Cost Accounting System;

Prepare financial analysis and drive improvement projects to report accurate business operations data;

Prepare and support execution of the budget and forecasts;

Analyze operating results against budget and standard;

Completes different reports relevant for management and various financial analysis;

Job Requirements:

Academic Degree in Economics (Accounting, Controlling) 
Fluent in English - mandatory 
German language - advantage 
More than 3 years of professional experience in Controlling functions (Automotive industry) 
Good PC skills and knowledge (MS Office, SAP - FI module) 
Well organized person, team player, communication skills
