Candidatul ideal:

 

  • Studii relevante in Finante/Contabilitate;
  • 3-5 ani experienta in domeniu;
  • Cunoasterea programului SAP - constituie un avantaj;
  • Cunostinte avansate de MS Office;
  • Limba engleza la nivel mediu/avansat;
  • Abilitatea de a lucra in mod independent si de a lua initiativa;
  • Abilitati analitice solide, capacitatea de a face fata unor termene stranse;
  • Abordare pragmatica si proactiva in rezolvarea problemelor specifice;
  • Atentie la detalii, dar si capacitate de sinteza.

Responsabilitati:

 

  • Realizarea rapoartelor lunare atat catre managementul firmei cat si catre sefii de departamente;
  • Analizarea si verificarea alocarii veniturilor si cheltuielilor pe centre de profit si cost si coduri de buget;
  • Realizeaza lunar rapoarte de profitabilitate, evolutia vanzarilor si a costurilor, atat catre managementul firmei, cat si catre sefii de departamente;
  • Asigurarea calitatii tranzactiilor si rapoartelor financiare;
  • Participarea activa la intocmirea situatiilor financiare consolidate la nivel de grup;
  • Revizuirea contractele de achizitie si vanzare inainte de incheierea acestora si semnaleaza eventuale riscuri financiare catre management (marja de profitabilitate, clauze special sau impact fiscal);
  • Revizuirea operatiunilor de inchidere a balantelor de verificare lunare, identificarea corectiile necesare, daca e cazul, si se asigurarea ca sunt evidentiate corespunzator, verificarea declaratiilor fiscale;
  • Coordonarea tuturor operatiunilor de contabilitate, inclusiv  facturare, plati, incasari, Registrul General, recunoasterea veniturilor, verificarea inregistrarilor pe centre de cost si arii de profit;
  • Verificarea documentelor de intrare/iesire si a inregistrarilor contabile; verificarea si aprobarea facturilor de achizitii in conformitate cu bugetul agreat; asigurarea existentei unor documente justificative pentru toate tranzactiile;
  • Pregateste rapoartele cerute de auditorul extern;
  • Organizarea si valorificarea inventarului anual in ceea ce priveste mijloacele fixe;
  • Oferirea de suport activ in procesul de auditare anuala a situatiilor financiare ale companiei.
