The ideal candidate:

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, responsible Financial Analyst! Are you the kind of person who takes pride in their work and ideas and spreads enthusiasm? So are we!

Main responsibilities:    

• Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation, which may include: enter data and retrieve information from group specific system, such us but not limited to suppliers invoices, expenses deductions, bank statements, clients invoices

• Check and identify differences between internal reporting systems and accounting (trial balances) and track correction

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting process

• Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections

• Conduct data verification – good knowledge of accounting in order to be able to verify trial balance

• Respond to various requests for information, as needed

• File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards

• Prepare all documents for outsourcing accounting company

• Follow established policies, procedures and methods

• Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned

• Assist in audit preparation and proceedings for both internal and external auditors

• Calculate variances from the budget and participate in interpreting results

• Prepare ad-hoc reports to support decision-making

• Assist in preparing presentations for board meetings

 Knowledge and abilities:

• University graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field

• Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience

• Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge

• Very good knowledge of accounting (trial balance, balance sheet)

• Computer literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Fluency in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Reporting & presentation skills

• Team player and number oriented attitude

• Passionate about Financial & Accounting domain
