Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the budgeting process, build the annual operating plan and business cases for new projects

- Manage the monthly rolling forecast processes, ensuring forecasts are robust and a reflection of the latest trading position

- Prepare the forecast reports to identify assumptions, surplus/gaps to target

- First level analysis of financial reporting to identify and explain reasons behind variances to forecast, plan or previous performance

- Monitor indicators, highlight issues and recommend changes

- Guaranty fact based decision (to sustain strategic decision)

- Prepare the standard reporting packs for regional and global management review

- Prepare scenarios to achieve targeted results

- Create and manage the cost center structure to ensure a proper cost allocation

- Build and manage the charge out process between the center and countries

- Coordinate and control the accounting process performed for the center (statutory accounting)

- Work closely with the HR team for maintain an updated status of Headcount and other HR indicators

- Responsible for ad hoc financial requests                          

- Preparation of presentation/ reports, board reports and performance calls

- Review and approve the improvement projects implemented in different departments from the center

- Work to identify opportunities for savings, automation or standardization, identify and implement process improvements

- Flexible work ethic, able to support multiple peak periods

- Copy best practice from co-workers and share new methods identified

- Active participation in implementation of new procedures

To join our team you will need:


Required: - Bachelor's degree in the field of finance or business management


- Previous finance experience in a multinational company

- Accounting professional accreditation


- Previous experience in a similar role

- Analytical skills and business acumen

- Experience working with large amounts of data

Knowledge & Skills

- Previous experience working with SAP

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately

- Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate queries

- Fluent spoken and written English
