•At least 5 years experience in fine dining restaurant
•International experience is a plus
•Diploma / certificate qualifications in Food&Beverage domain
•Mandatory fluent English (another international language is a plus)
•Candidate must be a mature, responsible, energetic, attention to detail person
•Excellent communication and managerial skills, customer oriented, positive attitude, attentive and responsive, team player.
•Ability to engage, lead and motivate employees to deliver and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
•Responsible for the correct implementation of procedures and standards
•Achieve customer standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations
•Ensure that controls and procedures are implemented on each shift under their control to protect the security of employees and company funds
•Assist in training and development of team members to meet the standards of performance required; monitor performance and implement corrective action where required; assist in identifying and developing talent for the restaurant and brand
