Exports Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • The update of daily prospecting database
  • Direct contact with customers to provide information about our products, order status, financial status of the account, requests for quotations etc.
  • Direct contact with the business in France, Belgium and Switzerland
  • Implementation of costing on requests we receive from clients
  • Direct contact with the production and logistics in order to follow orders
  • Develop both new and existing business as well as improves company’s profitability through market expansion
  • Develop the product strategy and vision for each export market
  • Balance customer requirements with production and logistics constraints and considerations
  • Receive order from customers and organizes orders
  • Follow up with customers by communicating on a regular basis via correspondence, email and/or phone

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

  • University Degree
  • MSc in related field will be fully appreciated
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced Level in French
  • IT Literacy
