Your Tasks

  • Reaching and exceeding targets for the International Sales
  • Enabling the development of International key account card customer network in Romania
  • Monitoring of the card market in the sales territory with regards to International specifics 
  • Overall minimization of the risk-costs 
  • Maximization of the profit margin in the assigned area of responsibility 
  • Provide data needed in formulating the International medium term/operational strategy of the card business line and implement the strategy 
  • Market analysis of the competitors with direct feed-back to the Sr DM National & International Cards Sales department
  • Market relevant suggestions for product improvement with regards to International sales
  • To achieve for the International card business of the country the functional planning requirements in view of the acquisitions and total revenue targets in accordance with the existing requirements and rules.
  • To respect all the existing contractual and conditions guide lines. 
  • To lead and to operate the contract negotiations with the assigned customers in accordance with the existing requirements and rules, if necessary in vote with the superiors respectively with the concept centre
  • Supporting of the Risk management with respect to customer estimation and the provision of necessary guarantees as an interface to the customer to the risk minimisation and the prevention of bad debt losses

Your Profile

  • Education: University Degree
  • Work experience in the sales field: 7 years;
  • Work experience in managing key account customers: at least 5 years
  • Very good sales abilities
  • Very good knowledge about new and existing products and monitor the sales, prices, and products of competitors
  • Organizational, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented and persuasive 
  • Willingness to travel; driver’s license required;
  • Foreign languages: English advanced level
  • Computer literate: MS OFFICE, Internet Explorer, Outlook
  • Ability to create a strong professional network and maintain professional relationships at different organizational levels
  • Customer oriented, reliable and good team player
  • Solid understanding of the oil/gas business
