Executive assistant

PIXL VISN has been successfully training 3D Visual Effects Artists in Cologne, Germany since 2012. The professional field spreads out in many multimedia branches such as movies, TV series, gaming, and advertising. The concept of the intense, 15-month fulltime training for visual effects (VFX) and 3D animation - one of its kind in Germany, is based on an established North American training model in which the instructors themselves are working in important positions within the entertainment industry at the biggest studios worldwide, such as Disney, Pixar, EA-Sports etc. This depth of experience provides students with information and knowledge earned through from real-life practice. PIXL VISN was awarded as one of the ten best VFX schools in the world in 2018 by the international industry-platform "The Rookies". In 2019 we were once again in the top ten VFX schools and we were ranked as the 3rd best animation school worldwide and number one in Europe.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to the CEO to support us in Iași (Romania)

Your tasks:

• To coordinate the establishment of a subsidiary company (providing 3D online classes and technical services) in Iași.
• To negotiate with and supervise external contractors.
• To establish a Quality Management system
• To be in charge for all certifications needed to be an international online school
• To handle all administrative work
• Giving monthly reports to the CEO
• Timely completion of administrative and organizational tasks in support of the management
• Takeover of research and orders

Your skills:

• min. Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience with legal background and interests in national and global issues
• min. 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant
• strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• You are quick to grasp and have a feel for the right priorities
• previous experiences in establishing companies.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• English fluently, German would be great.
• Good networking skills
• Excellence in maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
• an interest in 3d, VFX and the gaming industry would be desirable
