Main responsibilities:

  • Manages the issues received from ALIS system;
  • Manages the supplier’s requests;
  • Solves and analyses the payment rejections issued by Alliance Automatic Invoice System
  • Analyses the causes, informing the external or internal stakeholders;
  • Issues monthly reports and analysis;
  • Proposes automation methods, SI evolution, root causes treatment.


The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience;
  • Background: transport, finance, purchasing (would be preferable but not compulsory);
  • Ability to work and fast learn IS and self-development on IT skills;
  • Excel: pivot table, VLOOKUP is compulsory;
  • VBA, Macro- would be a consistent advantage;
  • Business Object/Business Intelligence knowledge;
  • Transport management /transport flow organization;
  • French /English (conversational: understanding, writing, speaking) at least medium level;
  • Reactivity and ability to manage priorities;
  • Autonomous and proactive attitude;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication;
  • Customer service focus.
