We want you to join us and help with defining, implementing and KPI/OLA/SLA parameters monitoring for all voice, data and TV services offered by Vodafone Romania.
The role will need to verify customers personalized solutions, ensure the quality, stability & further improvement of the resolutions offered to customers. Proactively identifies the SW/HW issues that may affect telecom services, solves or escalates.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Creates applications/monitoring solutions, proposes improvements for reporting in order to assure a reports/process automation
  • Accurate resolves technical issues as per internal or external customer requests; works with other departments in order to maintain the service level agreements
  • Based on online reports, assures accurate diagnostics and evaluates impact for any network event
  • Part of projects regarding new systems implementations (HW/SW) by defining operational requests for services support
  • Binding in a digital world for technical departments planning, support and customer operations
