The Employee Benefits Key Account Manager is part of the Employee Benefits department with responsibility in
administration and client support of company’s portfolio.
Meetings/ interactions with clients to identify or better understand their needs
Sustains EB Department Team in the servicing activity of key clients, collaborates with the team to provide proactive, efficient and professional support to Mercer Marsh Benefits portfolio
Proven success and experience in client relationship and client communication
Any additional relevant training would be a plus
