      The Employee Benefits Key Account Manager is part of the Employee Benefits department with responsibility in   

      administration and client support of company’s portfolio.


            Job Summary

  • Clients servicing and administration in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures
    • Answering client’s requests related to insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
    • Collaboration with all insurers agreed by Marsh for all "employee benefits" insurances
    • Administration of existing insurance contracts
    • Technical support (details regarding products functionality and operational flows agreed)
    • Meetings/ interactions with clients to identify or better understand their needs


  • Sustains EB Department Team in the servicing activity of key clients, collaborates with the team to provide proactive, efficient and professional support to Mercer Marsh Benefits portfolio  


    Experience Requirements

  • Experience in employee benefits insurance field or medical field (as customer support) – minimum 3 years
  • Proven success and experience in client relationship and client communication

    Education Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Any additional relevant training would be a plus

  • IT proficient (MsOffice, E-mail)
  • Fluent English
  • “B” driving license would be a plus (optional)
