Lead a team of circa 50 dynamic, professional services employees including commercial managers, commercial executives and reporting analysts and managers
Responsible for coaching and developing first line managers and senior commercial managers in commercial disciplines including client negotiation strategy, risk management and in analyzing the commercial performance of the business clusters they support to help drive future commercial strategy
To manage and oversee recruitment strategy for the team and work with HR and business leads to obtain sign offs and implement
To ensure DCP team provides agreed service and contracted KPIs
To support and manage any client escalation relating to DCP team
To understand and present overall team performance to Leadership Team – Run monthly meetings and attend quarterly leadership reviews
To implement and drive transformation initiatives and lead / manage change programs
Ensure adherence to contracted security and audit measures and that any required contract deliverables are maintained
As the EMEA Finance Operations Manager your focus will be upon:
Maintain regular contact with EMEA business leads to understand the needs and focus of their business
Manage and resolve any client escalation for Delivery Contract Performance Track
Understand and support removal of any blockers preventing the team achieving its objectives
Ensure team completes all mandatory training
Ensure all team deliverables are maintained – including process documentation, systems access trackers, BCP plans, Statement of Works etc.
Develop and maintain training and development plan for the team
Ensure team are cross skilled
Ensure succession plans are in place for key roles
Manage and report on team headcount monthly to ensure future resourcing aligns to support model
Management of first line – holidays, absence, goal planning, 1:1’s
Drive required transformation objectives
Drive simplification and standardization of business process and reporting across supported geographies
Measure and report performance against key business metrics and ensure achievement of KPIs
What you need to be Successful
Experienced People manager
Coaching skills
Good verbal and written communication skills – including English to a fluent level
Ability to present to multiple levels of management
Excellent analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
High level of ethics required
A knowledge of general accounting practice
Ability to work on own initiative

Risk management experience
