Marketing Advisor Team – EMEA & JAPAC


The EMEA Marketing Advisor Team is responsible for helping EMEA Marketing to drive Marketing activities in EMEA, and is working closely with Global Lead Management team on many aspect of marketing processes. Team is working to understand users’ requirements for marketing campaigns, with the objective of improving conversion rates and pipeline creation from email, events, and any other marketing activities, while ensuring regional compliance with global processes and local laws. Team will also monitor usage of our tools with a special effort in quick adoption of Modern Marketing Infrastructure.


Inside the team, the Lead Management Analyst is responsible to analyze EMEA & JAPAC Marketing KPIs and metrics highlighting possible bottleneck in the process and suggesting possible optimization.


Responsibilities:


Relationship and Business Partnership:


Manage relationship and communication with stakeholders related to marketing response capturing, systems, lead flow and campaigns follow-up.
Works to understand Marketing & Sales requirements around Marketing leads and Modern Marketing systems usage to improve conversion rates and pipeline creation (. Machine Learning Scoring model and suppression rules)
Advising regional compliance with global processes and local laws
Provide input and work with other GMSS team to improve overall results
Liaise with global team on lead management processes
Capturing business pains and addressing any issue with the relevant person in GMSS and/or HQ
Participate in EMEA marketing team calls where helpful
Act as Super User for Machine Learning Scoring System in EMEA & JAPAC


Training and coaching:


Train EMEA marketing organization on system usage and processes
Produce periodic report on response and lead management activities and ad-hoc response analyses.
Train/Coach users (including agencies) on lead management process and usage of the GMSS Portal as well as all relevant systems


Troubleshooting:


Highlight bottlenecks around systems and Lead flow, lead routing and lead follow-up through with Oracle Direct, Campaign managers, Event managers and GMSS to take issues to resolution
Regular sanity check of data in Oracle systems


Qualifications:


Perfect written and spoken English knowledge
Very good MS Office product knowledge (Excel and Powerpoint)
Knowledge of main statistical functions
Previous work experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence (possibly in a Marketing and / or Sales structure)
Degree in scientific subjects
Result oriented and group work
Open and flexible mentality, ability to adapt to changes
Good communication skills
