- Developing successful business cooperation with international clients in order to maintain their interest and satisfaction in the company’s products.
- Being able to handle a large portfolio of clients and opening them/keeping them active in the market.
- Creating the best short and medium term strategies in order to maximize profit
- Making efforts to identify and anticipate the client needs and beyond current service relationship.
- Being continuously up to date with the financial market and the events happening in order to insure the best transfer of information to the clients.
- Manage the relationship with the client through CRM and all available communication channels.
- Close collaboration with the other operational departments inside the company, in order to insure the implementation of internal procedures and rules, as well as of the local and international regulations.
- Ensure confidentiality of all information collected
- Excellent knowledge of English - both spoken and written - is a must
- Any other foreign language will be a BIG advantage
- Experience in the trading industry/capital markets (background in forex/CFD etc is a plus)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- High negotiation skills
- Hard-working and positive
- Passion for the financial market in general and trading industry in particular (internal drive and pleasure of being up to date with all the news in the field)
- Ability to offer consultancy on financial events and their impact in the trading industry
- Motivated by performance based commissions.
