Main contact for Sales and Customers for the business to business Elite Portal offering and maintenance
Guides Sales to apply the optimal structures for the online product catalogues
Proactive communications towards customers and sales, regarding issues that may appear on their catalogues
Proactively informs customers regarding any major change in their offering
Offer consultancy for the Elite B2B portal solutions, products
Coordinates issues and dispatches cases towards the adequate teams
Creates and Maintains catalogues and eCommerce portals, according to the customer and sales representatives requirements
Ensures offline pricing is reflected in the official online pricing that customer access
Offers consultancy to eCommerce platform related questions
Coordinates and follows up with Config & Quote Manager, the offering update and pricing approval, to be provided in the levels of agreement.
Ensures precise product configurations, according to customer/sales requirements
Ensures proactive catalogue check and quality of the eCommerce platform
Coordinates with Sales the product replacement, and with CQ the end of life management of products, in customers offering
Coordinates offering and pricing updates for EMEA region as well between regions for Global CustomersManages a customer portfolio with standard and complex eCommerce businesses
