eCommerce Support Specialist

What we ask:
- Providing support to clients (via email,chat or phone) regarding technical issues: password reset, setup issuee-commerce issues, products documentation, client training;
- Resolve product or service issues by: clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the request, following up to ensure resolution;
- Control and monitoring of customer communication and escalation messages
- Documenting issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system;
- Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary;
- Help the client with all the necessary information.
- Operating 5 days a week, we run a flexible program within working hours . Arrival time between 8-11 in the morning
What you should do:
- Motivation for learning new information, e-commerce and online knowledge
- Ready to acquire new skills (communication skills, technical skills etc.);
- A team player that shows adaptability, flexibility and perseverance in managing a good working relationship with clients and colleagues;
- Willingness to help people in having continuity in their e-commerce activity;
- Previous technical customer service experience is considered an advantage;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Able to communicate problems/issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
