What we ask:

  • Providing support to clients (via email,chat or phone) regarding technical issues: password reset, setup issuee-commerce issues, products documentation, client training;
  • Resolve product or service issues by: clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the request, following up to ensure resolution;
  • Control and monitoring of customer communication and escalation messages
  • Documenting issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system;
  • Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary;
  • Help the client with all the necessary information.

Working hours:

  • Operating 5 days a week, we run a flexible program within working hours . Arrival time between 8-11 in the morning

What you should do:

  • Motivation for learning new information, e-commerce and online knowledge
  • Ready to acquire new skills (communication skills, technical skills etc.);
  • A team player that shows adaptability, flexibility and perseverance in managing a good working relationship with clients and colleagues;
  • Willingness to help people in having continuity in their e-commerce activity;
  • Previous technical customer service experience is considered an advantage;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Able to communicate problems/issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
