Position Qualification:
Eager to develop in IT domain;
Telecom knowledge will be a plus;
Good knowledge of Dutch;
Good knowledge of English;
Good communication skills;
Analytic thinking, problem solving attitude;
Ability to work under pressure;


Job Summary:
We are looking for a person that would like to start in IT and Telecom environment with world-class managed services in Ericsson. If you are already a Dutch speaker at medium level, we will provide you the knowledge, tools and exposure into the IT and Telecom domain.
The job consists in technical support assurance by following certain technical procedures. You will perform both proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Works with the applications for trouble ticket management and work orders;
• Handles mailbox, escalations and chasing on trouble tickets;
• Dispatchers work orders to the Field Engineers and follows-up until closure;
• Interacts with other Engineers or Technicians, customer technical staff and other groups within Service Desk department.
