Job profile



Team Management

  • Drives the recruitment & selection of new colleagues in his/her team and manages their induction program
  • Responsible for Medical and Hospital Representative continuous supervision, field training & coaching
  • Implements the sales tactical plan according to company strategy
  • Motivates and engages sales force in order to enable them to successfully implement products strategy &action plans
  • Fosters a teamwork approach and a sense of partnership and transversal collaboration  with the marketing, medical, and Global Functions partners/teams
  • Assesses individual’s performance, support and develop team members in order to reach &overpass sales targets while proving right behavior and LEAD competencies
  • Is an active developer of team members’ skills and competencies, identifying and being ready to share talents
  • Is able to lead the transformation in the field on connecting information with customers
  • Is able to feed the marketing team on profiling and behavioral change of customers for a proper customer targeting


    Sales and Budget - Territorial Management

  • Analyzes and follow up sales results & monitors expenditures
  • Analyses each specific territory & makes plans to obtain best results
  • Contributes to segmentation and targeting process
  • Sets clear (SMART) objectives for each team member
  • Sets high standards of performance against which actual results can be measured (sales units, market shares, growth, and number of calls)
  • Monitoring results and compares it against standards and identifies variance


    Implementation of commercial activities

  • Participates in developing and implementing business campaigns
  • Maintains professional relationships with key opinion leaders, key local customers, and commercial partners
  • Ensures cooperation within the team for organizing various business events in order to increase product visibility, market share and sales
  • Works in close connection with country Customer Engagement lead to choose the right promotional channels (f2f, digital, webinars, workshops)





    Education: University degree in economics / business administration / medical / pharmaceutical or other medical related

    Experience & knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical – or consumer health care industry, and at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Good understanding and knowledge of marketing / sales / promotion of pharmaceutical / CHC products in different channels
  • Good understanding and knowledge of financial concepts
  • Good level of English language – spoken and written is a must
  • Driving license
