Responsibilities:

The position involves:

  • taking/making calls in French and English;
  • writing emails and informing the customers according to Axway Support Policy and Procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • collaborating with a global team of Support engineers and working towards meeting the SLAs;
  • dispatching cases within global Support while having ownership over a small number of non-technical cases.

As a Dispatch Center Operator, your responsibilities will be:

  • to handle our clients' calls in an effective and pleasant way, with complete professionalism, courtesy and accuracy, meeting service quality standards;
  • to receive, register and process customer’s requests according to internal procedures;
  • to assure a consistent and timely treatment of customer's case updates based on the Axway Support Policy and Procedures while assuring customer satisfaction.

  • excellent French language, both speaking and writing
