DIGITAL SYSTEM OWNER
Owner of the digital solutions from a technical perspective: ensures support of the solution and optimizes the
technical performance and security.
Is accountable for the global systems performance:
o Set the standards and a report files for performance incident
o Monitor the solution
o Apply the necessary actions to meet the performance requirements
Is the technical owner of 3rd parties of the Digital solution (Adyen – AuthO – Episerver - related
Ensure the implementation, configuration, evolution and resolve issue with the 3rd parties.
Takes part in all IT project that impacts the Digital solution (upgrade of business application,
infrastructure changes....) & Work with IT to maintain and evolve the solution.
Owns and updates the digital solutions documentation to fulfil the business, security and
performance requirements, with the Digital Solution Architect (BAU changes)
Is accountable for Maintenance of the solution:
o Supervise Application Operations and support chain, works with Service support
(Helpdesk and Infrastructure) and Core Support (business applications support) to ensure
SLA is fulfilled: incident management, problem management, configuration, user access
management, monitoring, alerting...
o Report solution status by working with Service Support to create monthly SLA reports to
o Ensure Level 4 support by analysing problems, checking all defects and requests are
properly considered and support the bug fixes
o Keep the tracking of incidents, ensures the communication plan is adequate, and the
resulting corrective and preventive action plans is implemented
o Define & Follow process of acknowledgement of Support team...
Works with the Cyber-Security Manager to guarantee required level of security of the digital
Ensure that the security plan is followed & maintain it.
Be part of security reviews andsupport in those.
Ensures technological watch to anticipate changes that could create risks or opportunities on digital
solutions (browser, web technologies...).
Work with development team to keep the solution up to date.
Reports to the Digital Project Manager his/her activities
Works with Solution Architects and other Business Applications entities to ensure a global
Information Systems coherence with other Hoist Finance systems.
Work with other System Owners and Service Support to resolve issues and incidents.
• Experience in international environment
• Langages: Fluent English is a pre-requisite – French welcome
• Strong experience in Web Applications development
• Experience/knowledge in APi based system integrations
• Experience in Windows-based server environments
