A rapidly growing health care company is seeking for experienced, customer-focused Digital Sales Specialist to lead and manage digital sales and marketing campaigns. Using customer data, insights and marketing automation tools, this position will be responsible for creating and executing digital sales campaigns that engage the targeted customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital sales and marketing, managing revenue goals and high conversion rate. The ideal candidate will be able to manage day-to-day digital sales campaign tracking, building relationship with customers, able to work with minimal supervision, be efficient and proactive in completing tasks; goal driven, able to analyze business and customer needs and have significant experience in growing a company key performance metrics.

We are looking for a self starter who is very motivated and aggressive, self-disciplined and result driven.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Learn company products and services and define a sales and marketing go-to market strategy
  • Research target companies and take a lead in building customer database.
  • Create compelling sales and marketing digital campaigns; write engaging content
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs
  • Engage customers through digital media to increase the conversion rate
  • Grow revenues through digital campaign efforts


Key Requirement:

  • A minimum of 5 years digital marketing/sales experience in B2B Service Sales
  • Digital marketer with blend of strategic, executional, creative and analytical skills
  • Curiosity and energy for digging into product behavior to influence development of campaigns
  • Copywriting experience to produce the content that will be able to sell
  • Experience setting up campaigns using email campaign applications, and other tools
  • Experience identifying and mapping data elements needed to drive personalized, relevant digital experiences
  • Experience building lead scoring models and lead nurture campaigns
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently while delivering corporate objectives
  • Passionate about creating best in class customer experience through digital marketing
  • Strong written communicational skills
