Acting as a digital content coordinator, you will be responsible for enabling international teams to upload or update their content on our corporate website. This will mean that you will have a varied and challenging workload, working with a lot of stakeholders, guiding and supporting them with digital content.

In addition, you will be responsible for our global Facebook account, from sourcing content from internal teams, to posting content and reporting on engagement.


  • Supporting regional teams to ensure best practice is achieved for all digital content, providing guidance where necessary;

  • Coordinating global and regional website content production across employer branding and marketing;

  • Managing specific content projects, including co-ordination, timeline and communication;

  • Uploading all website content using our CMS;

  • Working with teams to source and post content for our global Facebook presence;

  • Posting and monthly reporting on Facebook activity to recruitment teams;

  • Reporting on performance of careers section of our website to all stakeholders using Google Analytics;

  • Liaising with the web team to resolve problems or request website improvements;

  • Basic image editing tasks.


  • Extensive experience of using Content Management Systems and can upload content with ease;
  • Understand SEO, Content Marketing and Social Media best practice and like to discuss these topics;

  • Enjoy using Social Media and have experience of managing a corporate social media channel, ideally Facebook;

  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident when working with senior stakeholders in an international environment;

  • Strong attention to detail, can work across multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines;
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, working in-house or for an agency;
  • Excellent English language, both written and verbal;

  • Basic understanding of German and/or French is desirable;

  • Degree in Business, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
