The aim of the Digital Client Service and Delivery Executive is to ensure client retention is maximized by delivering high standard of understanding and service with regard to pre, mid and post campaign support. The role is to sit with the QS Digital team, and to support the Digital Operations and Sales teams in the delivery and optimization of all digital client campaigns, and assist with general website queries and updates. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with enthusiasm to develop a career in digital and who is passionate about learning.


Digital knowledge: website management, website analytics, digital marketing, ability to manage complex digital sales packages


Job description: 

• Ensure that all sales bookings are promptly recorded and tracked

• Serve as a liaison between the internal execution teams and the customer service manager

• Work collaboratively with campaign and product managers to plan, create, deliver and analyse client media campaigns and to optimise performance and brand awareness

• Take the lead on reporting regularly on all digital client campaigns

• Supporting the sales team with any queries

• Understand and develop knowledge of all company digital services (website content and SEO, display campaigns, email marketing, social media)

• Uploading and updating copy and images to a website using CMS

• Assist with general website queries



Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of the web and interest in digital technologies

Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow detailed plans 

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel - be able to produce insightful client reports

CRM and CMS knowledge – an advantage

Great English language skills

Ability to work independently with little supervision

Serious and motivated person

Experience in account management roles
