                    The Digital Analytics Group holds the expertise to design and create high-quality digital experiences that enable Business Units to more quickly achieve desired business outcomes. The team you will work with maintains data that/and drives dashboards used for multiple marketers at different levels.

A key component is the digital warehouse which is the trusted source for high-quality, high-availability Web Traffic Data optimized for visibility to performance, optimization of web presence, and marketing campaign execution. The successful candidate will be part of a digital analytics team and will work closely with peer teams responsible for dashboarding, tag management, individual data management, and other downstream systems where the maintained data is published.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide data feeds or reports to other teams (internal and external);

- Create and maintain templates, tables, database jobs;

- Redevelop queries and processes to fit with structure changes of the digital analytic warehouse;

- Support UAT and documentation;

- Be part of and contribute to deployment of new digital solutions and feeds, integrations with other systems, warehouses;

- Create dashboards using BI tools, if skills are available;

- Provides expertise on the use and interpretation of data.

This team is developing and would love people who are excited by collaborative problem solving across technical and business teams, who are interested in learning about new advanced technologies and can understand the customer experience and how everything fits together.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in marketing, IT or related fields (analytics preferred) Knowledge of data handling – preferred experience in data intensive companies;

Understanding of digital marketing, data and metrics;

Mandatory knowledge of SQL and relational databases; Proficient in use of QMF/SPSS/Aginity or other Query/Insight tools

ETL processing experience;

Expertise in at least one Web Analytics platform required (., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics)

Data-oriented personality

Strong verbal and written communication skills; Advanced English;

Project and time management skills;

Ability to work in a team and independently with a responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented personal style

Additional Desirable Skills:

Experience with DB2 or Netezza;

Experience with tag management solutions preferred, such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager;

Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, . Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc

Experience with data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Dundas a big advantage;

PHP experience or knowledge an advantage;

Perl an advantage;

NoSQL experience an advantageSome specific tools and processes training will be provided.
