Act as first point of contact for the client’s employeesregarding HR related questions via phone, E-Mail or chat;
Update HR database and tools (Success Factors & ERP) with personal information changes (name, address change etc;
Monitor upcoming end of probation and contract dates and inform relevant managers;
Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request.
