Entry (0-2 ani), Middle (2-5 ani)
- Communicate with company’s clients by phone and e-mail , in order to find solutions to unpaid accounts,
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls,
- Implement repayment schedules and terms ,
- Maintain positive relationships,
- Standard operating procedures are to be followed and you are expected to act professionally on phone and e-mail ,
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and data.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in English and Italian ,
- Excellent communication skills ,
