Description

• Drive and manage the steady improvement of the current process mining solution for the Process Invoice 2 Pay / Bill to Cash (including further rollouts and migration to future platform technologies);
• Independently consult the functions and regional organizations about process mining and coordinate improvements in alignment with our IT partners and service owner organization, process owners and business operations;
• Continuous develop and improve of our global process mining model in I2P/B2C (including dash boarding and trainings of the regional organizations and improvement teams in the service centres);
• Advise different international departments in the process area of I2P/B2C  in a customer and solution-oriented manner and foster collaboration globally across hierarchy with regards to the achievement of the business targets;
• Design process and customer-specific dashboards, analyses and reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar;
• Proficiently written and spoken English;
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable;
• Data analytics and programming languages (SQL, Python, data visualization experience);
• Previous experience in project and process management or even process mining is an advantage;
• Experienced with SAP standard processes (MM; FI);
• Experience with SAP ERP Data Model is and advantage;
• Strong analytical skills (especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems);
• High sense of responsibility and commitment and reliability;
