Global Business Services centre established in Cluj-Napoca is building the team in Romania and is seeking for colleagues for the Order management department.

Your new role

The Data Analyst and Process Trainer is responsible for providing ongoing strategic and analytical support on supply chain topics, inventory position and storage efficiencies to the Leadership team while using the available and exceptional reporting methods. The role spans across all European markets and inter-company businesses and involves identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies on the current on order to delivery process

 The ideal candidate will be passionately driven towards meeting customer requirements in a timely manner and building a strong career within the Customer Services Team. As important to the role is the process training across the Customer Service Representative functions which will support the development of the group.

 Data Analysis/ Process Review/ Training Responsibilities- 85% of time

  •  Gather and manage executive summaries on supply chain data and proactively inform the Leadership team on status during daily review  meetings
  • Interpret the regular key performance indicators
  • Use the findings to identify areas for improvement and to come up with solutions to the order to delivery process ( process analysis )
  • Perform adequate reporting on customer stock
  • Consult with the Team Leader and internal customers to tailor training content for customised learning solutions as needed
  • Demonstrate specialist expertise in assigned areas and maintain expertise where appropriate or priorities demand
  • Provide and conduct training to the Customer Service Representatives on the company's ERP System functions and use of the company’s tools, processes and methodologies

 Customer Service Representative Responsibilities - 15% of time

  •  Support customers by delivering qualified services in terms of speed, accuracy and value, fostering accountability and ownership
  • Active managing of customer orders or customer demand planning in SAP

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in an accounting or a customer care role is preferred
  • Excellent PC Skills: MS office (Excel Advanced)
  • Knowledge on SAP R/3 data analysis
  • Training Skills
  • Languages: English, German or any other European language would be a plus
  • Analytical, structured and problem solver
  • Team Player
