How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Answer to general inquiries about company and customs services by telephone in a professional manner;
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered;
- Deal courteously with customer queries and complaints about the clearance process;
- Provide telephone trace requests related to clearance activities from customers and other DHL stations;
- Provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures.
Skills & experience
Do you have what it takes?
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good Customer Orientation;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Very good level of English and Romanian;
- Good PC skills.
