What will you do?

  • Answer customer’s IT related queries
  • Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process

  • What experience do you need?
  • Min. 1 year experience in Service Desk/Customer Support
  • Knowledge/Being familiar with ITMS tools (IT Service Management), .: ServiceNow, Remedy, Effecte, Jira; ticketing; Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Link, Citrix, VPN; Windows 7 and ideally Windows 10
  • Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Have excellent customer service skills
