For our team in Bucharest, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with very good Russian knowledge. The ideal candidate is fast learner, problem solver, well organized and eager to grow professionally within our team of specialists. Our new colleague will have the opportunity to develop his/her consulting skills, business processes knowledge and technical expertise by being exposed to our the client’s complex business environment (oil&gas). 

Blueprint of typical responsibilities: 

  • IT technical support – first point of contact for any technical issue in the company
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or e-mail
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issue
  • Research questions and find solutions using available information resource
  • Advise users on appropriate action
  • Follow standard procedure
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource

Knowledge and skills requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian represents a must
  • Fluency in English 
  • Customer support experience
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
