We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional, for our client, CloudTreats - the IT company responsable for the hipMenu platform.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible to maintain excellent customer service for the restaurants on hipMenu platform and for their clients.

Education, skills, and experience:

  • Experience in Customer support roles is a plus.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Experience with MS Office or Google Docs.

  • Can work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Strong written Romanian and English language skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation).

The ideal candidate:

  • Very good problem solving skills.

  • Agile and proactive.

  • Enjoys the challenge of interacting with a wide range of customers.

  • Strong communication skills over a variety of mediums (email, text, chat, phone)

Primary Job tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Contact restaurants for delayed and incoming orders and help them with the process when needed.

  • Interact regularly with our users to solve the issues they face.

  • Monitor the ticketing system and process the urgent tasks.

  • Monitor hipDelivery fleet and help drivers and restaurants with their tasks.

  • Register issues for escalation.

Other info:

  • After a one month training at the office, you will be working from home, with your own computer.
  • We are looking for applicants located in Cluj-Napoca.
  • Work schedule is 40 hours/ week, with 12 hr shifts and 3 or 4 free days.
