We are a global company operating in medical industry, market leader for dental imaging solutions. For our Global Shared Service Center in Bucharest we are looking for 2 Customer Support Representatives in our US&C Customer Care Work hours will be based on US Eastern Standard time zone. Your shift can be from 3 pm -12 am or 5 pm to 2 am Bucharest time, Monday to Friday.
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for assisting customers (dentists or administrative personnel from dental clinics) with any inquiry and / or redirecting the call to specialized support to provide solutions to all questions or problems that may arise with Hardware and/or Software , as well as answers to questions regarding consumables for equipment. The service agent will provide support to Tech support reps verifying warranty status and creating product replacement orders.
High school Diploma (BAC)
1-2 years experience working in a customer service environment, providing support in English language
Excellent Service Attitude
Excellent communication skills
Speed and accuracy in data capturing
Proven ability to multitask
Critical thinking, Proactive and Problem solving
Able to work in a fast pace environment Experience in Microsoft Office Package, SIEBEL and SAP
General Office Skills SAP, CRM (Clientele,Siebel or others) and SharePoint knowledge would be a plus
Ability to work in a team environment
Understanding of Technical Products, Radiology and Digital is a Plus
Flexible to work in shifts including day shifts and night shifts.
