SkyConsult is looking for a Customer IT Support Officer with hands on experience in providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems.
The ideal candidate is fast learner, problem solver, well organized and eager to grow professionally within our team of specialists. Our new colleague will have the opportunity to develop his/her consulting skills, business processes knowledge and technical expertise by being exposed to our the client’s complex business environment (oil & gas).
Accurately record and classify all incoming incidents with the appropriate priority, category and incident summary details;
Follow standard procedures in responding and diagnosing problems for our Corporate Client via e-mail or by phone;
Research questions and find solutions using available information resources;
Advise users on appropriate actions regarding their requests;
Collaborate with the Human Resources Department for the on/off boarding process of our client employees;
Stay in close collaboration with the mobile telephony provider in order to solve tickets related to roaming, data or SIM activation;
Ensure support for video-conference services;
Redirect issues to appropriate support teams when necessary;
Ensure that customer expectations are being met or exceeded during the delivery process of services.
Bachelor`s Degree / student / undergraduate
Customer support/call center experience;
Good MS Office skills;
Strong problem solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent command of written and spoken English (foreign client);
Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative within a dynamic environment.
