We have an opportunity for a passionate individual looking to join a full grown start-up, market leaders in RO, BG, HU, making a real difference in the e-commerce world. In this role,you will help our customers to obtain all suitable information needed in order to use our tool successfully. You will work towards individual & team monthly and annual targets for driving the renewal of your customer’s subscriptions and work closely with the sales department to enable further adoption of within the free trial clients.
- Assisting all the clients that sign-up to our free trial in order to make sure that they start the campaigns as soon as possible
- Test the integration with the e-commerce stores and make sure the product fits their needs
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with them through their trial and assuring that everything is set up correctly in their accounts
- Work alongside Marketing Manager and Sales Department to maintain customer growth
- Keep high conversion rate from free trials to paid accounts and maintain low churn rates
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
- Manage the Customer Support Team and hire new colleagues
- Keep the department motivated and within the KPI's
- Previous experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms is A MUST (preferably in Customer on boarding or Account Executive)
- Previous experience in E-mail Marketing
- Analytical thinking to identify the best solutions for our clients
- Out-of-the box thinking and familiarity with other CRM tools or platforms like Intercom, Kanban, Trello, Salesforce etc.
