Customer Service Representative
Workplace: Wrocław in Poland
Fast developing International Internet company located in Wrocław is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and communicative customer service representative. The successful candidate will manage accounts in our database, call them up and assist with any inquiries. This is a job where you have to proof your interpersonal and relationship skills as well as team player personality.
As we have customers from all over the world, we need to cover many time zones at once and you will have to be dedicated to your work and be ready to work in shifts.
The company is a world leader in its field and its looking for top class people to keep growing and conquering new markets.
We expect our colleagues to be dedicated, hard working and quick thinkers. Experience is not a must for us, as full training is provided, however its taken into consideration a positive track record dealing with people in the past.
The candidate has to be proficient in English but additional languages are highly value. Although all additional skills will be a plus, the most important is the capability to communicate with people from different countries, ages and cultures and enjoying while doing it.
The job requires to memorize and remember names of companies and contacts, therefore we are looking for people with an agile mind.

The salary is negotiable based on the required skills, and is made up of a good basic salary plus commission based on performance. For good and motivated people we are ready to negotiate for allocation and support.
