We are looking for enthusiastic professionals, technically capable, willing to engage with UK and European clients and support them in their energy and water requirements.
In this position, you would be expected to work with one of our clients, as part of the Customer Services Team, supporting the service delivery to their direct clients, in a timely manner and within agreed quality levels. You are also expected to have a proactive approach, problem solving attitude with clients, to prove creativity in using in-house tools to process and produce analysis and reports.
You will also be actively in touch with energy suppliers, looking to resolve queries related to the onboarding process, to metering issues that may arise once supply points are going through the new business process, as well as later on, through the actual client delivery.
You will be reporting to the Customer Services Manager and engage with colleagues in the Romanian office (Cluj) and the UK office.
The ideal candidate is a solid professional, positive, with good self-discipline, keen eye for details and willing to learn and progress in his/her professional evolution. Whilst no previous utility experience is required, we instead look for candidates with a previous experience of not less than 2 years in customer management, account management, data management and analysis. This includes experience in excel reporting, technical reporting, or data supervision. Medium level Excel skills are required for this job.
