Responsibilities
The customer care agent is entirely in charge of all pre-litigation cases (analysis, risk management, researches, recommendations and advises)
Supporting internal clients on legal aspects
The agent deals diplomatically with written correspondences
The agent updates the database and manages administrative tasks
