Customer Service Representative
Employee will provide superior customer service to our retailers and consumers in Australia by phone and email. Ideal candidate will have very good English fluency, be proactive, attention to detail, a multi-task expert and be patient in resolving customer’s requests. Good computer skills are required.
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively performing the following duties:
Receives customer calls, faxes and emails
Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently
Answers customer questions on pricing and availability of products
Enters customer orders, sample order requests, order changes
Interacts with internal and external contacts required to manage customer orders
Updates account status and maintain customer information
Required work hours are 1am to 9am, Monday - Friday (to coincide with business hours). You will be provided a car service travel to and from work if needed.
Experience: minimum of 3 years in customer service
Bachelor's degree a plus
