Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incoming calls
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Manage complaints received by email or Facebook
  • Manage the internal ticketing system

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Communication skills - verbal and written
  • Listening skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Speaks English at a good level (a necessary requirement)
