International group Nefab, who is offering protective packaging materials and connected services to the industrial market, looking for a Customer Service Responsible to join the local operations



Main Market coverage:  Telecom, Automotive, Heavy / Light Industry, Medical, Renewable segment

Location: 1 person located in Timisoara// Ghiroda plant; 1 person located in Brasov plant

Report to: Operations Manager



                                                 Customer Service Responsible


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational relations with customers and supply chain base, as well with own, local production using ERP system
  • Overall logistic management of the incoming goods and deliveries
  • Control of finished goods inventories to minimize inventory levels


Key Challenges

  • Managing accurately the system input data
  • Understanding customer forecast and its demand system
  • Understanding the significant cross functional responsibility of the role
  • Managing effective relationships with increasing numbers of customers and suppliers



  • Fluent English – any additional is a plus
  • Results oriented, tenacious and resilient
  • Flexible thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious person with very good analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment


Qualifications and background:


  • University degree
  • Prior experience in the Supply Chain & Logistic
  • Good knowledge of supply chain model, supporting for a good understanding of possible issues/opportunities
  • Experience to use an ERP system
