As an Inbound Customer Service Representative for Technical Support Team , you are mainly responsible to receive and log support requests from the customers and inform Technical Support engineers and technicians about them . You will be in also charge of informing the customer about the status of their support requests , via phone or mail and even teleconferences .
Your Qualifications :
Advanced written and spoken knowledge of German ( min. C1 ) and English ( min. B2 ) language
Minimum High School graduate, preferable higher education
Willingness to work in shifts
You have a good work ethic and you are customer oriented
Willing to learn and develop
Willing to work in a competitive field
