The 1st Level Customer Service Representative is responsible for acting as a key contact to deliver consistent, high quality, complete customer service in support of our customers' needs. You will provide direct customer engagement services via Phone/ Chat/ Email to resolve customer issues.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead communication (calls, e-mails, chat) with key customers, serving as a key contact for order related queries’
  • Offering challenging solutions by responding directly or assigning the queries to the intended recipients
  • Obtaining, reviewing and interpreting customer information in order to address the necessary requests
  • Various administration tasks related to customer files.

 

Desired Profile:

  • Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in French or Italian and basic understanding of English;
  •  Good customer skills;
  •  Ability to: communicate by phone and in writing
  •  Ability to: react quickly to customer queries
  •  Analytical  thinking and process analysis;
  •  Adaptability and capacity to easily find solutions
  •  Proactive attitude
  •  Cooperative, willingness to interact and work with others; team player
  •  General knowledge of: MS Office

Considered a plus:

  •  Experience in customer service/call centre;
