Main Duties and Responsibilities /Responsibilities & duties relating to the market development strategy:

·         Prepare and discuss offers, quotations and contract framework in close cooperation with outside sales

·         Internal follow up on open items such as quotes, quality, logistics or pricing issues

·         Follow up on financial matters such as cash flow payments and credit concessions

·         Organize meetings, support trade fairs organization, various other events

·         Miscellaneous administrative issues

·         Preparing Offers in SAP

·         Order entry in SAP

·         Order processing in SAP

·         Customs clearance

·         Working close together with front sales

 Key Goals & Objectives/Measurements

·         € Revenue Growth

·         Customer penetration

·         Customer satisfaction

·         Accounts Receivables Management

 Key Qualifications & Experiences, and Knowledge:

·         Minimum three to five years professional level experience (in a multinational company or a similar position)

·         Must have minimum a bachelor’s degree with proven commercial track record or an economic study

·         Fluent English command, good German language as advantage

·         Should have had previous experience in account planning and project management

·         Needs a professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding

·         Needs a minimum understanding of technical complexes

·         Analytical approach

·         Very good computer skills (MS OFFICE, EXCEL, WORD. Etc. – SAP as advantage)

·         Analytical and organisational abilities, team spirit

·         Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions (inside and outside of company)
