We are looking to add a member on our Customer Relations team. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- respond to requests coming through our support channels
- coordinate with the technical team for requests which need further investigation from them
- prioritise requests and follow-up for needed information from customers or the technical team
Preferred: similar experience in customer support for online B2C services or mobile applications.
