- Registers customer orders in the system and confirm the customers the best delivery date;
- Informs the customers of all changes in delivery schedules;
- Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export of all customer orders;
- Makes commercial invoices and all documents necessary for them;
- Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, comercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
- Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives.
Desired skills & Experience:
- University degree in a technical or economics area
- Background within customer service would be highly valued
- 2 years of experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of customs legislation and intrastat
- We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude
- Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork
- Good English knowledge - additional language is advantageous (german or italian)
- Computer skills : (MS Office), SAP program;
