 - Manages the business calendar and agenda of the Sector Manager,
 - Organizes the scheduled appointments and arranging meetings,
 - Performs data centralization  for the monthly reports regarding KPI‘s & company performance,
 - Prepares minutes of the meetings and special reports for these events,
 - Handling incoming and outgoing electronics communications,
 - Screens telephone calls, enquirers , request and respond s when appropriate with diplomacy;
 - Arranges travel schedule and reservation for  top visits;
 - Maintains office systems, including data management;
 - Is responsible with control of documents in Administrative Department, according with ISO TS requirements.

 - University Degree ,
 - Minimum  1 year previous experience in admininistrative role is required,
 - Fluency in English,
 - Very good computer skills ( Microsoft Office),
 - Excellent social and communication skills, with high level of energy;
 - Capacity to meet specific deadlines and prioritize,
 - Good planning & organizing skills,
 - Proactive and able to work under pressure,
 - Ensures confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy
