You will have the opportunity to gain excellent hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion marketing environment, which will broaden as the team grows. This role has key responsibilities to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to both our consumers and partners at all times and via every communication channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to Customer Enquiries via several channels (Chat, Email and Telephone);
  • Providing information with regards to products/services and other related enquiries;
  • Being the face of the company to our customers and partners alike.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our online fulfillment team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is motivated, patient, likes problem solving and enjoys interacting with people (both coworkers and customers) 


The Ideal Candidate  

Key skills and experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a fashion environment;
  • Fluent in English ;
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems, both customer service specific and windows packages;
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good listening skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good understanding of fashion/fashion brands;
  • Ability to exceed customers’ expectations;
  • Confident and articulate;
  • Hardworking and passionate.
  • Ability to work well within a team and present positive attitude in work environment  
  • Sound decision-making and an ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions 
  • A fast learner with a high personal integrity
